in my opinion an adrenaline rush is something that gives me a hightened sense of everything around my kind of like a high. Some People like jumping out planes, swimming with sharks, or racing cars and bikes which can be fun cause its dangerous but thats all it is . i believe my biggest adreanline rush is fighting because its either you or the other man thats going down thats how i see it. and im not kind to losing but yeah thats adrenaline.

ok so my deal is that i have a new i-pod touch and like with any internet enabled device i'm staying aware of threats like spam and hackers and viruses. ever since i discovered phones can have viruses i been aware of trying to find ways to keep my things safe.
: does anyone one have any tips on what i can do to keep my touch safe or any tips to help me keep away from viruses?

teach me to cope

on something real i'm having problems in my life like how ordinary humans do but its different in the way that its too many issues for me to solve. its like day after day i solve one and that next day i must go through 3 new ones D**N right its not fair but yes most people say learn to deal wit it but i need some one to teach me to deal with it. im usually good at avoiding unnecessary problems and keeping my composure but sometime when i just hear someone keep nagging at me after a long long day i be about to blow . yeah i am stressed. i wish i could just brush it off and smile but im carrying one big a** bolder on my shoulder.

In a recent article i have read called "condoms = first-aid " has caught my interest. but to make a long story short its a about a student in Washington High saying" condoms should be available to all students. She continues to talk about how state law prohibits school employees, facilities, on school property , or anything operated by the school board to distribute contraceptives. basicly they cant distribute condoms. The author of the article continues to argue facts though like rubbers are 98 percent effective when used properly against pregnacy.....also 48 percent of people ages 15-19 enrolled in school are sexually active.
she say schools should provide rubbers for the student body.
